1. Training Objectives

Students will systematically learn the basic theories of management, economics, laws, business management and international management; attain the ability of analyzing and dealing with economic management problems; and develop economic management and international company management competence. Students will be able to assume the work of managing, planning, investigating, counseling and training in domestic fund companies, joint ventures, banks, insurance and securities companies, and the economic management departments in governments of all levels, and the work of researching and teaching in governmental departments, research institutes and schools.

2. Training Requirement

Students in this major need to learn the basic theories and knowledge of economics and business management, accept training programs in business management methods and skills with an intention to attain the ability of analyzing and dealing with business management problems. Graduates from this major should have the following knowledge and abilities:
1. Attain the basic theories of management, economics and the basic theories and knowledge of modern enterprise management.
2. Attain the qualitative and quantitative analysis of business management.
3. Gain the basic ability of oral and verbal expression, communication, analyzing and solving problems of business management.
4. Get familiar with the related plans, policies and regulations of Chinese companies, and the convention and rules of international company management.
5. Know the advanced theory research and development trends of the major
6. Learn the basic ways of documentary search and data inquiry and attain the ability of researching and working.

3. Educational System and Credits

The education of this major lasts for four years with total credits of 155; it offers the bachelor degree in management.
